I had a hard time figuring out what I was actually buying because the product info was really vague. I ended up having to guess on a few things, which definitely isn’t ideal. i’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a partial refund for the hassle...

I needed to exchange something after ordering the wrong size, which is typical for me because I always second-guess sizes after I’ve already checked out. Anyway, the whole thing was sorted really quickly and there was no hassle at all.

I ended up having to return a roll because I’d ordered too much, which was totally my own mistake. The instructions were straightforward, and the whole thing felt hassle-free from start to finish.
I expected the refund to take longer or for there to be some annoying back-and-forth, but it came through quicker than I thought. Based on how smoothly they handled it, I’d be happy to use worldofwallpaper.com again.

I had an issue with my wallpaper order and it took a few emails before someone actually got it sorted. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, so there’s that, but the waiting around for all of that was frustrating. I ordered wallpaper from worldofwallpaper.com i wish I hadn’t put it off for so long. It was much easier to put up than I expected, especially since I’m not exactly great at decorating. The paper felt really good quality, didn’t tear, and barely bubbled at all. The pattern matched up nicely too, which I was a bit worried about. It took less time than I’d planned for and looks lovely now it’s up. Definitely regret not doing it sooner, and I’d happily use them again.

The delivery was decent too, and once the paper was up it looked gorgeous. It didn’t feel thin or cheap at all, which I was slightly worried about for the price, but I was genuinely so happy with it. For what I paid, I can’t complain one bit and would definitely use World of Wallpaper again.

I’m a little fuzzy on the timing because I feel like I had just ordered it and then suddenly it was at my door, but either way, the wallpaper showed up quickly. The pattern looked a bit different from what I remembered seeing in the online photos, though. Not awful or anything, just not quite what I thought I was getting. I still ended up using it, but I had to switch up where I planned to put it. Kind of a mixed experience overall.

I ordered some wallpaper and it actually arrived way sooner than I expected. The packaging was totally fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking updates were a little slow, but overall I was happy with it.

It arrived on time. No issue there.
The rolls were in a cardboard box with some paper padding, but one end was a bit squashed. Luckily, the wallpaper was fine. Just the outer wrap had some marks.

For the price, I expected better packaging. It was okay. Not great.
